Viddli provides a platform on which users can post original content, and interact with content posted by other users. These terms govern how you may use the Viddli App and associated software.
We don’t charge you to use Viddli or any products and services covered by these Terms, unless expressly stated. Instead, businesses and organisations, and other persons pay us to show you ads for their products and services. By using our platform, you agree that we can show you ads that we think may be relevant to you and your interests. We use your personal data to help determine which personalised ads to show you.
We don’t sell your personal data to advertisers, and we don’t share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information) with advertisers unless you have given us specific permission to do so. Instead, advertisers can tell us things like the kind of audience they want to see their ads, and we show those ads to people who may be interested. We may provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their ads that help them understand how people are interacting with their content.
We also distribute a portion of revenue generated through advertising amongst users of the app, as a reward for their participation in the creation or consumption of content hosted on the Viddli platform. Ad revenue is initially distributed to users in the form of eMTY reward points, and these are later converted to MTY tokens on a monthly basis. Users can withdraw the MTY tokens they earn through the app to an external wallet once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met.

Viddli is an app that hosts user-generated content, and facilitates the sharing of content posted on the platform with other users. Users can interact with content posted by others and engage in discussion related to the content in comment threads.
Content creators can post content related to any topic they wish, and users can follow specific topics or follow their favourite creators to personalise their feed. We also use data related to how you interact with content on our platform to suggest further content that you may be interested in.
Viddli generates revenue through 3rd party advertisements shown to users through our app. By using the Viddli app, or any associated products or services, you agree that we can show you ads that businesses and organizations pay us to promote. We use your personal data, such as information about your activity and interests, to show you ads that are more relevant to you.
We also provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their ads to help them understand how people are interacting with their content on Viddli. For example, we provide general demographic and interest information to advertisers (for example, that an ad was seen by a woman between the ages of 35 and 50 who lives in Berlin and is interested in cryptocurrencies) to help them better understand their audience. We don’t share information that directly identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us specific permission.
Anyone can create an account to use the Viddli app, so long as they are over the age of 18, and they reside in a national jurisdiction in which Viddli operates. When creating an account with Viddli, users agree to provide accurate information about themselves, as well as that they will only create one account, which may only be used for personal purposes. In addition, users must not share passwords, or otherwise facilitate sharing access to their account without express permission from Viddli.
Notwithstanding the above, the Viddli platform is not available for convicted sex offenders, nor people who have previously had their account disabled for breaching our terms of service or community guidelines. The app is also not intended for use by anyone within legal jurisdictions in which use of the platform is in breach of any applicable local laws or regulations.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform. Any content posted should not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
All posts must contain original content. Plagiarism and copyright infringement is strictly prohibited, and users found to be posting content plagiarised from elsewhere will face consequences, which may include the suspension or termination of their account. Any rewards earned through plagiarised content will be removed from the user’s wallet.
Hate speech is strictly prohibited, including, but not limited to: racism, xenophobia, sexism, homophobia, and attacks on a person’s religion or beliefs. Any user found to be engaging in such activity will sanctioned in accordance with the violation of this policy, which may include the suspension or termination of their account.
Content that directly attacks or seeks to intimidate or harass another user of the platform is prohibited, both in the form of original posts and in comments on the post of another user. Any user found to be engaging in such activity will sanctioned in accordance with the violation of this policy, which may include the suspension or termination of their account.
Any incitement of violence is strictly prohibited, under any circumstances. Any user found to be engaging in such activity will be sanctioned in accordance with the violation of this policy, which may include the suspension or termination of their account.
Nudity and sexually explicit content are strictly prohibited. Any user found to be engaging in such activity will be sanctioned in accordance with the violation of this policy, which may include the suspension or termination of their account.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of falsely impersonating another individual or entity. This includes, but is not limited to, creating an account, username, or profile that misrepresents or intentionally resembles another person, celebrity, organization, or brand with the intent to deceive or mislead others. Such acts undermine the integrity of our platform and can result in confusion, harm, or legal consequences for the impersonated party. Viddli maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards false impersonation and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including the suspension or termination of accounts found in violation of this policy.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of abuse or manipulation of the revenue distribution system. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activities, such as artificially inflating view counts, creating fake accounts, creating spam content, to increase earnings. Users must not use automated scripts, bots, or any other means to generate false impressions, clicks, or interactions with the intention of unlawfully benefiting from the revenue distribution system.
Additionally, users are prohibited from collaborating with others to engage in revenue-sharing schemes that aim to manipulate or exploit the system for personal gain. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the revenue distribution system undermines the fairness and integrity of our platform and harms the community as a whole.
Viddli reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate actions against users found in violation of this policy, including but not limited to suspending or terminating accounts, withholding earnings, and pursuing legal remedies.
Content or activity that directly breaks the law in the jurisdictions in which Viddli operates are strictly prohibited. Users may not use the app to do anything unlawful, misleading, deliberately deceitful or fraudulent for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Viddli reserves the right to review all content posted on the platform and deem any given post as being in violation of these policies.
Viddli may, at its sole discretion, remove any content deemed to be in violation of these policies, and suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in such violations.
You may not upload viruses or malicious code, use the services to send spam, or do anything else that could disable, overburden, interfere with, or impair the proper working, integrity, operation, or appearance of our services
You may not misuse any reporting, flagging, dispute, or appeals feature, such as by making fraudulent or groundless reports or appeals.
We can remove or restrict access to content that is in violation of these provisions. We can also suspend or disable your account for conduct that violates these provisions
By using the platform, users agree to abide by these policies and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform.
By using the platform, users agree to give us permissions that we require to provide the service.
We make no claim of ownership over the content users post on the Viddli platform, but by posting content on the Viddli app, users grant Viddli a license to use that content.
Users also agree to give Viddli permission to use their username, profile picture, and information about your interaction with the app in relation to other users, posts, ads and sponsored content.
We work constantly to improve our services and develop new features for our Platform. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices, amidst shifting operational conditions, and/or to comply with applicable law. We will only make any changes if the provisions are no longer appropriate or if they are incomplete, and only if the changes are reasonable and take due account of your interests or if the changes are required for safety and security purposes or to comply with applicable law.
We will notify you (for example, by email or through our Products) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect, unless changes are required by law. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Products.
If we determine, in our discretion, that you have seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms or Policies, we may suspend or permanently disable your access to Viddli, and we may permanently disable or delete your account. We may also disable or delete your account if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights or where we are required to do so for legal reasons.
We may also disable or delete your account if after registration your account is not confirmed, your account is unused and remains inactive for an extended period of time.
We work hard to provide the best platform we can and to specify clear guidelines for everyone who uses it. However, it should be noted that our products and services, are always provided "as is," and to the extent permissible by law, we make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not control or direct what people and others do or say, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content they share (including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content).
These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and Viddli regarding your use of our platform. They supersede any prior agreements.
If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it can’t be made enforceable, then it will be severed and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
